CROMATEX TEXTILE AND LEATHER CHEMICALS, S.L. inform their Costumers, Suppliers and Web Users of its Data Protection Policy complying with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, General Data Protection Regulaition (hereinafter GDPR).

CROMATEX TEXTILE AND LEATHER CHEMICALS, S.L. inform their Costumers, Suppliers and Web Users that the personal data provided will be included to the central processing data base of the “Igcar’s Group”, the group of companies CROMATEX TEXTILE AND LEATHER CHEMICALS, S.L. (hereinafter “CROMATEX” or the “Data Controller") belongs to.

We do not process Special Categories of Personal Data.

All data mentioned above, have been collected directly  from you  through an email comunication, web form, comercial offer, order, a contract proposal, etc or through  your company by providing us with your identifying or contact data and any other necessary information to the execution of the comercial or contractual relationship between the parties.

In the event of data changes, it is your or your company’s responsability to provide us with your updated data.

2.- Purpose

The data provided will be used for the purpose of:

Managing our contractual and/or commercial relationship and its concerning administrative tasks, carrying out the fiscal, accounting and administrative management of our Customers and Supliers.

Sending out to potential or existing customers communications of a commercial or informative nature regarding our Products and Services.

Request offers and information regarding your Products and Services.

Managing your request and sending out the information requested by you through the web form or any other contact form.

Managing coordination of the business activities of organisations or companies executing works or providing services in our facilities with the purpose of guarantee security in compliance with current legislation on labour risk prevention and social security regulations.

CROMATEX may comunicate your data to other companies belonging to IGCAR’S GROUP for the purpose of i) including your data to the central processing data base of IGCAR’s GROUP ii) these companies belonging to IGCAR’S GROUP could send you or request you, directly without the  intervention of the Data Controller Company, offers and information regarding its products and services,or your products and services,  based on your consent.  

The personal data collected will be retained for as long you do not request the erasure of your personal data or until you choose to revoke your consent.  

3.- Legitimate Interest

The legitimate basis for processing your data as Customer / Supplier for fiscal, accounting and administrative and commercial management is the performance of a (pre)/contract; the consent of the subjects concerned and the compliance of a legal obligation.

The comunication of Customer’s/ Supplier’s/User’s Data to the companies belonging to IGCAR’s GROUP for internal administrative purposes are based in the legitimate interest of the Data Controller according to Whereas 48 GDPR.

The possibility of sending out communications of a commercial or informative nature regarding our Products and Services and of requesting offers and information regarding your Products and Services is based on the Data Subjects’ consent. The revocation of the data subjects’ consent shall not affect the performance of a contract, being this in that case the legitimate basis.

Further, the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes to increase customers loyalty may be carried out for the Controller’s legitimate interest pursuant Whereas 47 GDPR.

Managing your request and sending out the information requested by you through the web form or any other contact form is based on the data subject’s consent and in the Controller’s legitimate interest in attending to requests for information via the website.

The surveillance and access control to our facilities and coordination of the business activities are based on the compliance of a legal obligation (current legislation on labour risk prevention and social security regulations) and the legitimate interest of the controller (for security reasons).

4.- Retention of Personal Data

Personal data of individuals linked to potential customers, customers and suppliers that CROMATEX collects through one of the contact forms provided by us, will be retained for as long you do not request the erasure of your personal data or until you choose to revoke your consent.

The data provided by our customers and suppliers will be kept as long as the business relationship between the parties is maintained, respecting in any case the minimum legal storage periods according to the subject matter.

In any event, CROMATEX will store your personal data for as long as is reasonably necessary, taking into account our needs to respond to questions that arise or resolve problems, make improvements, activate new services and meet the requirements of the applicable legislation. This means that we may retain your personal data for a reasonable period of time even after you have stopped using our products or using this website. After this period, your personal data will be deleted from all our information systems.

5.- Recipients

Data collected will be included to the central processing data base of IGCAR’s GROUP, to which companies beloging to IGCAR’s GROUP will have access.

Data collected may be comunicated to other companies within the IGCAR’S GROUP for internal administrative purposes, making and processing orders, invoicing, fiscal, accounting and administrative management.

Data may be comunicated to  consultants or professional firms providing the Data Controller with advice and consulting regarding accounting, administrative, legal, tax, financial and debt collection matters related to the provision of the Services and which act typically as data processors on behalf of the Data Controller.

Data will not be shared with third parties outside IGCAR’s GROUP, except to the extent it is necessary to the carrying-out of processing by a procesor governed by a contract or to comply with a legal obligation.

6.- Rigths

Under the GDPR, you, as a data subject, are entitled to exercise the following rights before the Data Controller company as defined above , at any time:

Access your Personal Data being processed by the Data Controller (and/or a copy of that Personal Data), as well as information on the processing of your Personal Data;
Correct or update your Personal Data processed by the Data Controller, where it may be inaccurate or incomplete;
Request erasure of your Personal Data being processed by the Data Controller where you feel that the processing is unnecessary or otherwise unlawful;
Request the restriction of the processing of your Personal Data, where you feel that the Personal Data processed is inaccurate, unnecessary or unlawfully processed, or where you have objected to the processing;
Exercise your right to portability: the right to obtain a copy of your Personal Data;
Object to the processing of your Personal Data, based on relevant grounds related to your particular situation, which you believe must prevent Data Controller from processing your Personal Data; or
Withdraw your consent to processing, notwithstanding the lawfulness of the processing based on your consent prior to your withdrawal.

You can exercise these rights by writing to us using the contact details in Section 1.-,”Data Controller” of this Data Protection Policy, attaching a copy of your ID card or equivalent document in addition to any other documentation you consider appropriate.

You can obtain electronic models or forms  which my help you to exercise your rigths free of charge from the website of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

In any case, please note that, as a data subject, you are entitled to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authorities for the protection of Personal Data (In Spain the Spanish Data Protection Agency (“Agencia Española de Protección de Datos” – AEPD)  if you believe that the processing of your Personal Data carried out through the Website is unlawful.

7.- Web User's Data Protection

In compliance with the current GDPR, we inform you that the personal data of the Users of the website will be treated for the purposes of the processing indicated in the contact form provided  on our website or for the activity requested when making your request. Such processing of your data will be base don yur own consent. By clicking on the "SEND" button, the User consents to the processing of his/her data by our company.

We inform you that unless there is a legal obligation or express consent on your part, our company will not transfer your data to third parties outside IGCAR’s GROUP.

Likewise, the User is informed that at any time he or she may exercise the rights of access, rectification or ersure of its personal data, as well as other rights recognised in this document and regulated in the GDPR, by notifying the Data Controller by e-mail, at the following address: legal@igcar.com

8.- Applicable Legislation

These Data Protection Policy will be governed by the current Spanish and European legislation on the protection of personal data and privacy.

9.- Modifications to our Data Protection Policy

Occasionally, our company may make modifications and amendments to this Data Protection Policy for Users, customers and suppliers. Please check this section regularly for changes that may have occurred and how they may affect you.
